What is the RFPMonkey.com LLC Registered Referrer Program?

Our primary sales methodology is "word of mouth".  And to help encourage you to spread the word, we're offering the Registered Referral Program.  Once you become a registered referrer, you are then eligible for referral fees for new customers that you refer to us.  You can consider our registered referrers as our unofficial sales force.

To show our appreciation for referred business, we'll pay you a referral fee for every new customer who signs up and lists you as their referrer.  The trial account and new account signup forms have a field for it.  There are, of course, restrictions and terms.  They are detailed on the registration page.

How does it work?

It’s simple:

1. You review and sign the RFPMonkey.com LLC Registered Referrer Program Agreement.
2. We give you a Registered Referrer Code to share with prospects who you refer to us.
3. You send prospects to our web site to learn more about the benefits of using RFPMonkey.com to improve RFP responses.
4. Your prospect signs up for a new RFPMonkey.com account or trial and references your Registered Referrer Code.
5. When your prospect pays their initial RFPMonkey.com subscription, we pay you the referral fee.

How much can I earn for a referral?

The formula for computing the referral fee is: Referral Fee = Total Subscription Charges for Term / 12
That's equivalent to the 1st month's worth of revenue for a 1 year subscription, or the 1st two months' revenue for a 2 year subscription.  It comes out to be roughly 8.3% on the subscription term's revenue.

When and how do I get paid?

Referral fees are paid monthly in US dollars in the pay period following the receipt of payment for product and services from the qualified referral client. A federal W-9 form must be completed and submitted to get paid.  It is part of the registration process.  Full details are spelled out in the RFPMonkey.com LLC Registered Referrer Program  Agreement.

Who can participate in the program?

Anyone can participate. There are a couple restrictions on which prospects qualify.  For example, self-referral and referrals for one’s own use of RFPMonkey.com do not quality. There are also restrictions on referrals within your employer or for which you may have influence or decision making power.

How do I get started?

Follow this link to the registration page.  There you will need to read and agree to the program's terms.  You can then download a W-9 form to help us in issuing you a 1099 tax form at year end (if your referral fees warrant it).
