You can now limit application access to include only specific IP addresses.

We've just strengthened RFPMonkey.com's security stance by adding IP Restriction.  This allows you to require that anyone who accesses your RFPMonkey.com account is doing so from an authorized location.

You can list as many allowed IP addresses as you need.  These can include your corporate network, a Virtual Private Network (VPN), or any other location.

IP Restriction is disabled by default for each RFPMonkey.com account but can easily be enabled with a single mouse click.  Enabling it (but leaving it inactive) allows your administrator to record a list of IP's prior to activating the access restriction.  Once you have your list ready, simply select Enabled:On in the IP Restriction drop down and all subsequent login attempts will be governed by this new rule.

1. Share a piece of information with a coworker who is trying to respond to a prospect.
2. Fire off a pointed response directly to a prospect who has inquired about a feature you have already documented in RFPMonkey.com.
3. Reinforce the value of your database to team mates who may not have bothered to do a search within RFPMonkey.com prior to asking others for input.
