Quick Tip


Use the List All Drafts action to see keep tabs on entry assignments and their status.  This is particularly helpful to reclaim 'abandoned' entries that were authored by or assigned to users who are terminated or on leave.

 

Another Quick Tip


Adminstrators can see how many of their users are logged on to RFPMonkey.com at any time.  Clicking on the graphic displays a list of the on-line users.

 
It's a simple thing, but very helpful.   We've just added a checkbox to the search function that will highlight the word or phrase you are searching for within the displayed results.

Update:

Configurable Column Display in Lists
Several customers have asked us to change the columns that are displayed when entries are listed within RFPMonkey.com.  Some want to see Category and Subcategory (the default).  Others want to see the Product and Version.  Others want to see the date of each entry's last edit.  Each request seemed to be at odds with the others.  It seemed like a case of 'you can't please everyone at the same time'.

We addressed this need by adding a new column (Last Save) and making the columns completely selectable by each user.

You can now display any/all of the following fields in your search results:

  • Rating
  • Product
  • Version
  • Mod Date
  • Category
  • Sub-category
