Project Module Enhancements |

users of RFPMonkey.com's optional Project Tracking module have suggested
several enhancements. These functional improvements have been the
focus of our recent development efforts and are now available for all

We've recently added Assignment Priority to Project Assignments. This simple enhancement reflects the fact that some requirements are more critical than others even though they may share a common due date.
When connected to an active project, any RFP entry retrieved can be linked directly to a specific assignment within the active project. This ties the assignment to an existing entry. If that entry is updated, reflecting the update within the project is automatic. This feature is important because some project assignments will include a single question, while others will include general assignments, broader topics or entire RFP sections
Important project-related dates can be displayed on a graphical calendar for easy review of your RFP schedule. Entries are highlighted in green to show received dates and red to show due dates. Each entry is also a hot link to the details for that particular project.
Users of RFPMonkey.com's Projects module can insert a special tag into RFP questions and answers to merge in company name of the prospect listed in the project they're connected to. This allows you to personalize your knowledgebase without the risk of reusing a previous entry with another company's name embedded in it.
