| Assignment
workflow allows a new RFP question to be entered by one team member and
assigned to another team member to develop the proper response. Draft
entries can be assigned/reassigned as many times as needed, until the
right people have completed their wordsmithing.
Then Approval workflow kick in. Most customers only enable a subset of their users to approve new entries. When an author (or editor) changes a new entry's status from Draft to Pending, it leaves that user's workspace and shows up in the Approvals screen for any user with approval responsibilities. When the approver changes the entry's status from Pending to Approved, that entry is now accessible by everyone. (This is, of course, restricted by your use of the Internal Only flag and the Trusted user settings.) |

| What's New: | User Logging & Entry Logging | |||
| Entry
Audit Trail - If enabled, RFPMonkey.com tracks each time an RFP
entry is added, edited, assigned, approved, rejected, graded, or
deleted. Each audit trail record includes the date, time, action,
entry ID, and associated user ID and username.
User Audit Trail - Logging user activity can be set to various levels. The minimum logging level tracks Log In and Log Out events. The maximum level tracks this, plus changes to the organization, users, preferences, RFP entries, branding, and export functions. |

| Quick Tip: | ||||
| The quickest way to create many users is to create a "prototype" user with certain settings, and then clone it. | ||||
