| Benefit Spotlight: | Share Your RFP Repository with Channel Partners |
|
|||
| Sharing
certain entries with resellers or other partners allows them to respond
to RFPs without involving your team. A stronger channel partner
means more channel sales for you.
To support this concept, you can tag entries as Internal Only to share them with just your team, or you can leave the Internal Only flag unselected to share your entries with external users. Users get a corresponding value to govern who can see the Internal Only issues and who can not. |

| What's New: | Clear Entry Rating | ||||
| We've
always allowed users to rate or grade the entries stored in their own
repository; now we allow those ratings to be selectively cleared.
It's a very minor enhancement, but one that goes hand in hand with the
RFPMonkey.com benefit spotlighted in the previous issue - Entry
Aging.
The rating allows your users to cast a vote for entries they feel are good and provide their feedback on those they may feel could use some work. As entries are periodically updated, the collective rating may no longer reflect the current content. So approvers can clear the entry rating from the RFP Entry Detail screen. |
