RFPMonkey.com is now offering limited, free accounts.  These accounts offer the standard storage, categorization, and searching functionality, but are limited to a single user and support a smaller repository.  Certain other features are restricted as well.  See the chart below for the full list.

Limited free accounts are designed for individuals who don't need sophisticated collaborative features and who are on a tight budget, but who genuinely have a recurring need to reuse their RFP content.

Limited Free accounts vs. other account types

The only catch is that these free RFPMonkey.com accounts will only be maintained as long as they're being used.  They are deleted if they remain inactive for 60 days, or if they are not activated within 14 days of creation.  So if you use RFPMonkey.com as little as every 2 months, your access is preserved.

If you have multiple RFPMonkey.com accounts, they can be linked to allow access to them from a single sign on.   This links users in one account with their user id's in other accounts, making maintaining multiple repositories much easier.

To use account linking you must first:

• Have multiple RFPMonkey.com company accounts

• Have user accounts in each company account to be linked

• Request to have Account Linking enabled for your accounts
