Year - New Logo |
|
2010 marks our 5th year of operation and to start the year
off right, we've updated our logo. That's it at the
top of this email.
Of course, we continue to
update the RFPMonkey application as well. User Search
and List Linking were introduced in previous
newsletters. Some additional updates that were made in
the 2nd half of 2009 are:
-
Workflow Hints - We
added several usage hints to help users decide next
steps when searching or adding entries.
-
Grouping Outline -
One of our customers asked for a way to view the
structure of the categorization schema in a single
view. So we added an outline display to the
Grouping menu.
-
Project Email
Notifications - One of 2 significant enhancements to
our optional Projects module. Users are now
notified via email if they have projects or project
assignments that are late or unfinished.
-
Project List Visibility
- This update to Projects allows administrators to
display all projects or just those that they either own
or have assignments within.
-
Competitive
Differentiator Flag - RFP entries related to
competitive differentiators can now be tagged as such,
and easily identified in search results. (This was
another customer suggestion.)
-
What's Missing Export
- Export the list of failed search requests to analyze
user behaviors and improve the repository. (Yet
another customer request.)
-
Author Report -
User screens have been updated to report on how many
entries have been authored by a particular user.

| Quick Tip |
|
Add info@rfpmonkey.com
to your contact list to ensure that various application
notifications don't end up in your junk folder.
Better still, ask your IT department to 'white list'
rfpmonkey.com on your Exchange email server.
