RFPMonkey.com had a good 2006 and we anticipate an even better 2007. In the past year we've welcomed new customers in the areas of CRM, Email Services, Banking Security, Tax/Accounting Consulting, and Time&Attendance Management. During this time we've continued to enhance and improve the main application by adding user and entry audit trails, improving the submission and approval process, and providing more complete account usage/summary information. Of course, we also invested in our internal system administration capabilities and other necessities like lead generation. We even managed to close 2006 with a small profit. While still small, RFPMonkey.com is healthy and improving each month. I'm very proud that every one of our customers has renewed at least once. I'd like to personally thank each of you for your support, your suggestions for service enhancements, and mostly for your repeat business. Happy New Year,

| What's New: Account Review | |||
| Account administrators can
now see a quick overview of their company's usage of
RFPMonkey.com. The Account Review includes counts of how many
total entries have been stored, and how many are either Approved,
Pending or Draft. It also includes an overview of entry ratings -
how many have been rated as Excellent,
Good, Average,
or Bad. And it includes user
counts - how many are Active, Inactive, Demo and Blocked.
The Account Review also includes a list of your users' most recent searches that returned no results. This allows you to understand how your users search. This can help you better train the users for more efficient searching and can help you to add better key words to your current entries. |
