Features of RFPMonkey.com
RFPMonkey.com offers some great benefits
- faster RFP response time, standardized responses, better
sharing of valuable information...
Some of the features that allow you to reap these benefits
are described below.
- Query tool - Search for specific words/phrases or
use relevancy match to query questions, responses, key
words and comments. You can narrow your search using
any of RFPMonkey.com's categorization fields.
- Relevancy search - Search for entries that match
entire RFP questions. Results are ranked by relevance
to your search.
- Full, flexible categorization - Define and use Division,
Category, Sub-category, Product, Version,
and Status to categorize each entry.
- Graphical response editor - Create formatted responses using the
built-in graphical response editor. You can toggle
between HTML mode and layout mode.

- Track RFP Projects - Enter current RFP projects and
track their progress, associated dates, and assignments to
team members. Project completeness is calculated based
on the completeness of its sub-assignments.
- Subscriber notification - Automatically inform
users when new entries are added or when significant changes
are made to existing entries. This feature can be
turned on or off per user, and generates email notifications
to the subscribers.
- Audit Trails - Track user actions and RFP entry
access with 2 separate audit trail logs.
- Brandable User Interface - Customize the banner logo, menu buttons and sub-menu style
to match your company's look & feel.

- Entry Aging - RFP entries can optionally be
auto-expired after 90, 180, or 365 days. Expired
entries must be reviewed and re-approved. This
prevents older entries from going 'stale'.

- What's MissingTM - What
do users search for that isn't found? Use this
information to improve key words or correct users' usage of
the search tools.
- Content Rating - Users can rate each entry as Excellent,
Good, Average,
or Bad. The
cumulative rating is then displayed to help users select the
most appropriate entries.

- Drafts - Authors can save entries as drafts and
edit them privately prior to submitting them for
approval. Drafts can not be viewed by anyone other
then the author (or assignee).
- Internal/External Access - Share your RFP data with
channel partners. Each entry can be marked as Public
or Trusted Only. Users are given corresponding
types.
- Approval workflow - Control who can approve new
entries. Submitted entries stay in a Pending
state until approved. Of course, if the author has Approve
rights, this can be streamlined.
- Assignment workflow - Draft entries can be assigned to other users
for completion prior to submission for approval.

- User admin - Create, delete, edit and disable user
accounts. Grant or revoke a dozen different
application permissions and control output formatting.
