We are a small but smart company. Rather than battling
mega companies on their home field, we've chosen to identify
solutions needs that are currently unfulfilled. Not only
is RFPMonkey.com the first solid solution to fill this universal
need, but it's also extremely feature rich, well designed,
and stable.
As we grow, we plan to identify additional areas where we can
add great value to Sales groups and Pre-Sales Engineers.

We are located just outside of Atlanta, GA in
the small town of Kennesaw. Located 35 miles from
Atlanta's Hartsfield International Airport and approximately 12
miles north of downtown Atlanta, Kennesaw is close enough to the
heart of the city, but relatively quite and peaceful.

Our solutions are delivered through the SaaS
(Software as a Service) model. This means that all
the hardware and software required to build and offer
these solutions is maintained here. You store,
categorize, and search your information using your Web
browser and we worry about all the technology
details. There's nothing for you to install.
There's nothing for you to maintain. There are no
software versions to coordinate. It's easy,
secure and powerful.

Company Background
RFPMonkey.com LLC was formed in 2006 after years of involvement in
the RFP processes of various other companies. Prior to
officially opening the doors, RFPMonkey.com was in development
mode during 2005, and was prototyped in 2004 for a specific
customer. The application prototype was operated through
the second half of 2004 and all of 2005. We're happy to
report that that company is now migrated from the prototype to
RFPMonkey.com and is a happy customer.
Since 1995 our
staff has been involved in sales and pre-sales roles (Senior
Technical Sales Rep, Principal Sales Consultant, Sales Engineer,
Product Specialist) with industry leading companies.
We have been responding to RFP/RFI documents for over 10
years. As a result, we have a well-developed understanding of the
RFP completion process. We know what benefits are attainable from an automated
system geared toward RFPs and what features are required to
reach these goals.
Our company's goal is to help other companies benefit from this
vast experience, by allowing them to improve their own ability to
respond to RFPs better and more quickly.

introduces a powerful new service that helps vendors create professional,
high-quality responses to Requests For Proposal (RFP)
using an on-line database that allows customers to store,
categorize, and retrieve their valuable (and often
difficult to craft) RFP responses.
This solution has extremely flexible,
user-defined categorization features, and a variety of
search functions. The 'Full Text Search' feature
allows the user to paste an entire RFP question into the
application and it will rank and present stored responses
based on their relevance to the query.
