Initial pricing for RFPMonkey.com banner ad serving is $100 per banner for 6 months (subject to change).  With each screen refresh, 1 banner will be randomly selected and displayed.  The number of impressions your ad will receive depends on the number of participating advertisers and the volume of traffic into RFPMonkey.com's free/trial versions.  There is no limit to the number of impressions your ad may receive.  It will be displayed throughout its 6-month advertising term.

Where will my advertisement be shown?
Your ad will be shown on the screens of RFPMonkey.com trial accounts and RFPMonkey.com limited free accounts.  We do not distribute your ads into any other ad serving network.

Who will see it?
Your ad will be seen by users who have requested and been approved for trial or free accounts of RFPMonkey.com.  These are typically business professionals, usually in Sales or Marketing organizations of companies who respond to RFP/RFI requests.

Why do you serve banner ads in the first place?
RFPMonkey.com serves banner ads into free and trial accounts primarily to help recoup some of the cost of offering these free versions.

Are ads shown in paid accounts?
No.

How long will my advertisement run?
Most ads are placed for 6 months.

Can I change my ad within the 6 month period?
Yes.  If you've paid for 6 months, but want to swap your ad image or the URL it links to, that's not a problem.  Just email us the change.

What file formats are acceptable?  Can I submit a Flash ad?
We only accept .GIF and .JPG files.  We do not use Flash.

Rather than submitting a .GIF or .JPG file, can we just specify the URL of a web service and have you use it to retrieve our ad?
No.  The banner image file must be submitted, approved, and hosted on our servers.  This way, we can properly ensure that each banner is appropriate and not changed from an approved version.

How is it determined which ad will be displayed at any given time?
Ads are randomly selected from the available pool of ads for each and every display.

What sort of ads/images are acceptable?  Do you accept ads for adult-oriented sites?
We will only accept ads representing legitimate businesses, services, consultancies that have general appeal.  We will not accept any ad that we consider rude, pornographic, or in poor taste.  This determination is made at our sole discretion.
